Unless otherwise mandated by the authorities, Mixed Pet will remain OPEN for you and your pets.

Effective Immediately for Patient Appointments or Surgeries

• Only Mixed Pet medical staff may enter the building for your health
• safety and the safety of our employees.
• For all pet appointments, our staff will greet you at your car in front of the hospital. The team will bring your pet(s) inside for their scheduled visit.
• You may wait or run errands during your pet’s appointment.
• The staff will call you to discuss the findings and any further recommendations.
• We will process your payment over the phone.
• $15 Off Exam Fee with all curbside appointments*

Medications, Food, and Other Products

Pick Up

• Please call 704-752-9787, and we will fulfill all orders in-house.
• We will take your payment over the phone.
• Once you arrive, our staff will deliver your items to your car.

Online Orders

• Your items will be delivered to your home.

If neither of the above options is possible for you, please call the office, and we will do everything in our power to assist in your pet’s needs, even if that means dropping off items at your home or office.
